Welcome to National Beauty Training & Accreditation. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our platform, including course purchases, training manual sales, accreditation services, and trainer subscriptions. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms.

1.1 About Us

National Beauty Training & Accreditation is a digital marketplace connecting beauty professionals with industry-leading educators and accredited training. We provide a platform for trainers to sell courses, offer accreditation, and promote high-quality education within the beauty industry.

1.2 Who These Terms Apply To

These Terms apply to:

  • Customers (B2C): Individuals purchasing training courses, manuals, and accreditation programs.

  • Trainers & Course Providers (B2B): Professionals offering training programs, seeking accreditation, or listing courses on our platform.

2. Terms for Customers (B2C)

2.1 Purchasing Courses & Training Manuals

  • When purchasing a course or training manual, you enter a contract directly with the trainer or educator.

  • All payments are processed securely, and refunds are subject to the trainer’s individual policy.

  • Digital training manuals and online courses are non-refundable once accessed.

2.2 Accreditation & Certification

  • Accredited courses meet our industry standards and are reviewed by our expert accreditation board.

  • Accreditation does not substitute for official government licensing but enhances professional credibility.

  • Once you complete an accredited course, you will receive a certificate verifying its accreditation status.

2.3 User Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate registration details and maintain confidentiality of login credentials.

  • Any attempt to share, copy, or redistribute training content is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

2.4 Limitation of Liability

  • We are a marketplace and do not directly provide training services. Course content is the responsibility of the trainer.

  • We do not guarantee specific career outcomes as a result of course completion.

3. Terms for Trainers, Educators & Course Providers (B2B)

3.1 Listing Courses & Training Materials

  • Trainers can list their courses, training manuals, and workshops through a monthly or annual subscription plan.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate descriptions, pricing, and support for customers.

  • Any misleading claims or false advertising may result in removal from the platform.

3.2 Accreditation

  • Trainers can submit their courses for accreditation by our industry specialist board.

  • Accredited courses will be featured in the Accredited Educators Directory.

  • Accreditation is valid for 12 months and must be renewed annually to maintain the accredited status.

3.3 Subscription Pricing (No Commission)

  • Trainers pay a monthly or yearly subscription fee to list their courses and access accreditation services.

  • We do not take a percentage of sales—100% of revenue from course purchases goes directly to the trainer.

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once paid.

3.4 Code of Conduct

  • Trainers must uphold ethical education practices and comply with advertising standards.

  • Any reports of poor-quality courses, false accreditation claims, or unethical conduct may result in account suspension.

4. General Terms for All Users

4.1 Intellectual Property

  • Course content remains the property of the trainer, but accredited courses may be promoted by National Beauty.

  • Unauthorized use of National Beauty trademarks, accreditation badges, or certificates is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Account Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to maintain ethical training standards.

4.3 Amendments to Terms

  • We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
